The Oxford Mindfulness Society springs from St Cross College. In light of peace and wisdom, we intend to practise calm and insight meditation - for the sake of inner well-being. You are most welcome to join us for a noble embarkment in life - in pursuit of calm, peach, joy and insight in everyday life.
Our spaces are limited to 15-20 students due to room availability. Hence we kindly ask that you register our attendance to our sessions in advance via the Microsoft Form.
If you decide that you can no longer attend a session, please cancel your slot at least 48 hours prior to the session time by emailing at: male.welfare.rep@stx.ox.ac.uk
