Bursar

Gemma joined the St Cross community as Bursar in April 2024, having spent the previous three years as Domus Bursar at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge. Gemma’s career has been built in university management, with roles at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), Imperial College London and Queen Mary University of London. An external trustee of the Cambridge Students’ Union and a former trustee and elected Council member at the LSHTM, Gemma enjoys finding opportunities to support the sector in different ways.

Outside of college, Gemma is an active volunteer with Girlguiding and perseveres with rowing and learning to play the piano.
